How fast is a deploy?
60 seconds. Pick a game, a plan, and a region. The server is up after that.
What does 18 ms mean?
That is the published route to Frankfurt, EU-West. Other cities are live. We do not print a ping we have not measured.
What are the hard limits?
Spark is 2 GB RAM and 10 player slots. Surge is 6 GB with no slot cap and daily backups. Overdrive is 16 GB with no slot cap and hourly backups. No slot cap still depends on RAM.
What happens after a crash?
Your server restarted after a crash. No data lost. Scheduled backups start at Surge.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Move between Spark, Surge, and Overdrive when you need more RAM or backups.
Which plan runs modpacks?
Overdrive. Surge runs plugins. Spark is for vanilla and light plugin sets.
